Ah! One of my struggles this week has been, how to get the best pictures! I was trying hard to use only natural lighting, which really ends up being a shifting game following the sun so that it didn’t cast shadows, how completely frustrating. I was stretching fabric across my desk, because it was a well sunlit room, but disrupting my desk every time I needed to take pictures was becoming a nuisance.
I was using my camera yesterday to do a test film on my process of making the gradient “Palm Island” soap, I realized there was terrible lighting in my kitchen for filming. My husband picked up this awesome LED light bar and I decided to take my pictures today using it. It turned out a lot better than my usual way, and it was so much less stress. So I am excited to say that this is a wonderful solution. I know that means more pictures, I get it. Well it will be a joy to do now, and I promise more pictures, more often.
